This is misleading because the package specifically states that photos are included, and we also paid for them. Changing the terms after the ride is unfair and very disappointing. The jetski experience itself was good, but the service after the ride was unprofessional. If photos are advertised, they should be provided — not denied with excuses. I hope the management fixes this issue so future customers don’t face the same…”
